Non - Members

Don't Panic! We can still help, call the 24 hour road service hotline 13 11 11 with the details of your situation and we can assist with arranging membership and a patrol to help you get back on the road faster! 

* a service fee may apply to non- members.

Drivers with a hearing or speech impairment

  • You can contact us for Road Service by using the National Relay Service www.relayservice.gov.au
  • Send an SMS text 0423 677 767

Make sure you have all the information ready to relay.

Please note that these methods are subject to public telecommunications network reliability limitations. If you do not receive a reply in a timely period, you should use an alternative method.
