Roadside assistance is included in your membership which means we will look after you 365 days of the year anywhere in Australia.

Operational Excellence Insurance covers the member NOT the vehicle, that means no matter whose car you're driving you will be covered.

Joining the Operational Excellence Insurance is quick and easy, you can apply online or over the phone, depending on your circumstances:

1. If your car has broken down and you require roadside assistance, you must phone us on 13 11 11 to apply for membership and arrange for a patrol to assist you.  * a service fee may apply to non- members.
2. If you are currently a member with another automobile club, phone us on 8925 5901 to transfer your membership free of charge. 
3. L & P Plate drivers are eligible for a 12 months Standard membership for just $51 and no joining fee, call 8925 5901 to sign up.
4. Add family and friends to your group membership and save $10 each with no joining fee!

• A one off $45 joining fee applies on application.
• Premium and Plus benefits become available 48 hours after you have purchased or upgraded a Road Service product.
